We tried to start early and help Willa learn the true meaning of Christmas. So for every "What does Santa say?" and Willa would respond, "Ho, Ho, ..." We also would ask her, "Whose birthday is on Christmas?" she learned very quickly, "Jesus." So... we also had to remove baby Jesus from the manger during the weeks prior as he came up missing or under the couch a couple times. Christmas morning I handed baby Jesus in his crib to Willa and asked, "Willa, will you go put Jesus in the manger."
