Menominee Halloween Party: Toy Story

Menominee Parish puts on the cutest Halloween party of all time.  We look forward to it every year.  Kids get lots of goodies, there is the cutest costume contest, concessions, and haunted hallway!  This year, Willa and Wishy had fun planning out their group contest.
